Our Slovak-speaking visitors can also easily explore Esztergom before their trip on the visitesztergom.hu site!
In December, visitesztergom.hu moved iranyesztergom.hu and became available both in Hungarian and English. The website has also been translated into Slovak in the past few days, so our northern neighbors can get to know Esztergom’s sights, attractions, programs, gastronomy and accommodation in their native language.
In the Programs main menu, visitors can find highlighted and touristically relevant events of the city, which will be accompanied by program descriptions appearing on a separate sub-page for easier information. Guests arriving to Esztergom can comfortably and individually discover museums, exhibitions, buildings or sightseeing spots from home, via the biggest attraction of the website, the 360-degree VR recordings on the Sights main menu.
Tourists visiting from abroad will soon be able to find tourism and hospitality articles on the website specifically for the Slovak and English-speaking guests. This way, before their trip, they can also plan the gastronomic, cultural and active opportunities that will be available in Slovak and English in the city. First of all, we will combine all such restaurants that have menus available in Slovak or English into one article.
It is also worth mentioning that, as a result of the D4 association in the Danube Bend, regional service providers will appear at the accommodations, gastronomic places, and some other places, which harmoniously complement the range of opportunities in Esztergom in the Danube Bend. With this, the possibilities provided by the city have been expanded for our guests who come for several days.
